1) Who is exhibiting at the show?
We generally do not send out a list of current exhibitors until the Exhibitor Directory is published. This is to prevent competitors from selecting booths right next to each other. We can, however, provide a list of exhibitors from previous events. These lists are representative of the types of industries that generally exhibit with us.
2) Can I speak at the show?
Yes, seminars are vital to the success of our Expos. Please contact our office to make arrangements to speak.
3) What types of speakers are there?
Our seminars cover a range of topics that are relevant to small businesses. Topics include Quickbooks and Accounting, Insurance, Social Media Marketing, Websites, Small Business Retirement Planning, and others.
4) What is the registration deadline?
Registration stays open until either the show is sold out or a specific industry is filled; however, in order to be listed in the Exhibitor Directory, you must register at least a week before the date of the event. Please note, we cannot gaurentee availability, often times our Expos will sell-out completely. Only a complete registration gaurentees your exhibit space.
5) Can I pay with a check?
Yes. You must sign and return the Terms of Service Agreement. Then, we will hold the booth for 7 days until the check arrives. Within 10 days of the Expo date, we require a credit card. If you have any other questions about paying by check, just give us a call at (800) 455-9610.
6) Can you send me more information?
Of course! Please call or email our office, and we will be happy to provide you with an Exhibitor Information Packet.
7) What time is setup?
Generally, 2-3 hours before the start time of the Expo.
8 ) Is electricity provided?
Yes. There is no charge for electricity; however, electricity is only guaranteed for Premium Exhibitors and Sponsors.
9) Is Internet provided?
10) Can I have a pop-up display?
Yes, as long as it fits behind your booth table.
11) Can I pick my booth location?
You can request a booth space and we will try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it.
12) Do we offer exclusivity?
We try our best to limit businesses from the same industry. We don’t allow multiple MLM’s, such as Mary Kay etc.
